Photographs in the Dartmoor Archive are subject to copyright and permission is required from the Dartmoor Trust before images may be used. It is important to the working of the Trust and to those who have provided images for inclusion in the Archive that written permission should be obtained before use. All revenue resulting from the sale of photographs in this way go towards the further work of the Dartmoor Trust and Archive.

We are able to supply high resolution digital copies of photos and provide specific permissions for their use. A charge may be made dependent upon the usage (whether private, commercial or educational). In some cases fees will be waived.
