Deancombe Farm

This picture was taken on 03/03/1940 of Deancombe Farm which is pattened by old enclosures, including a medieval wall of osthostats - a stone slab stood on its narrow end in order to face the lower part of the wall. The lane leading westward from the farm is called Deancombe Lane, and also passes abandoned Middleworth farm.
