Metherall hut circle, Fernworthy

This photograph, taken on 19th April 1936, shows the remains of one of the Metherall hut circles. These hut circles were excavated by R. Hansford Worth in April 1936, as part of the Dartmoor Exploration Committee investigations appointed by the Devonshire Association. Sydney Taylor must have visited while the excavations were being undertaken.
