Fernworthy Stone Circle

1934 To the left of the stone circle can be seen the intial planting of coniferous trees by the Forestry commision. Today the stone circle lies within a forest and the landscape has totally changed. In 1930 the Forestry commison took control of this area and greatly increased its planting, which affected a number of antiquities.
