Lower Tar Farm, Widecombe In the Moor

Taken on 13/05/1946 of Lower Tar, Widecombe. A fine example of an 18th Century thatched, round-arched house with granite carved entrance and stone windows. The date 1707, initials 'I.T' and beautifully carved shields and oak leaves adorn the headpiece.
