Roos Tor and logan stone

Taken on 28 May 1939. Roos tor stands at a height of 454 metres just north of Great Staple Tor on the western edge of Dartmoor. There used to be 2 logan stones, being a rocking or balanced stone, but Sabine Baring Gould in the 1850's states that one of these was destroyed by miners.
