Marchants Bridge over the River Mew

This picture was taken on 20/03/1940 of the bridge over the River Meavy near the village of Meavy. The river Meavy is also known as the Mew or Mewy. It is an old packhorse-type bridge close to the original stepping stones and crossing of Marchants Ford.
