Old Barton Farm, Horrabridge

Taken in 1914, this photograph shows the workings of Old Barton Farm, with its fine stone barn. Of particular interest are the dovecote fixed to the wall of the barn, and the empty wagon parked before the barn. A farm-hand is at work shifting the pile of manure that is mouldering in the farmyard, and two dogs indolently guard the building.
