Plymouth and Dartmoor Railway trackbed near Clearbrook
This photograph taken in March 1957 shows the stone setts left on the course of the old Plymouth and Dartmoor tramway. The metal rails which rested on these have been removed. On the right of the picture, a bicycle rests against the wall of an 1820's Permanent Way cabin. This is where workmen on the line would have taken shelter in bad weather and stored their tools.
