Menhir at Lew Mill, Lewtrenchard

This photograph is of a prehistoric menhir which was discovered in 1879 when it was forming a portion of a side of a leat, which supplied water to Lew Mill. In the 1890's the stone was re-erected by Sabine Baring-Gould.
