Gateway to Blackslade Down

This photograph shows the good condition of the large newtake walls on Blackslade Down as they run down to the ford on Blackslade Water (also known as Ruddycleave Water) at the foot of Blackslade Mire. Near the track are boundary stones which describe the boundary between Blackslade and Buckland Manors.
