Crazywell or Classenwell Pool

This picture was taken in 1913 of Craziwell pool, Crazy, Clazy, Clacy or Classenwell. It was created by the artificial excavation of miners and then water filling up the excavation. It covers about an acre of land and dug out of the southern part of the hill.
