Middle Brook, Brent Moor
Taken in June 1942, looking south east down the line of the Middle Brook a tributary of the River Avon that crosses Brent Moor. In the distance are the fields near South Brent. The Middle brook rises in a depression under the south west curve of Knattaburrow Hill. The brook passes underground in a subterranean channel at a place called Petres pit to later re-emerge and cascade in to a deepening valley as seen here.
