Plymouth & Devonport leat aqueducts over the Princetown Railway

These two aqueducts carried the Plymouth and Devonport leats over the Princetown Railway near Yelverton, between MP 1/2 and MP 3/4. The piers nearest the camera belong to a three-arch road bridge alongside the aquaducts. The site is now filled in, the aquaducts having been demolished in 1960, not long after this photograph had been taken. Photograph taken on 20/02/1957.
