St Mary Steps church, a 15th century church on West St, Exeter. The Matthew the Miller clock was made in 1619. The central figure is said to be Henry V111 and is supposed to nod on the hour. The other two figures are his guards, who strike a bell on the quarter-hour. Restoration has proved largely unsuccessful.
