Hazel Manners-Chapman at Manaton Show and Fair, c.1985. She presided over the auction each year, raising funds for the parish. In 1968 Hazel and husband Peter took Horsham farmhouse with their sons, James and Hugh. Hazel nursed at Hawkmoor for fifteen years and Peter helped Paulie James with the milk round.
