Bryan Harper at the Duke Stone 1999

Bryan Harper at the boundary stone of Manaton parish called the Duke Stone, in 1999. It stands below Holwell House. There is an inscription to H.F.Starkey on the other side. Grid ref SX 74600 77390. The "duke" means the Duke of Somerset.
