Perryman family group

PC Perryman and his family who became 'father' to Dickie Perryman. In 1934 the farm was leased to Richard James A. Perryman (Dicky) and his father and brother; they came from Lakeland Farm, North Bovey. The land was 178 acres and included Greator. The rent was £80 per year increasing to £100 after 6 years. It is interesting to note that the lease is signed by Ellen Mary Singer and Franklin Morse Singer of Monte Carlo, Monaco.
