Looking after Dartmoor's history, people and environment
A Dartmoor farm lane in winter. Snow covers the lane approaching farm buildings and the banks alongside the lane. A woman trudges through the snow carrying two pails (?). In the days before hot and cold running water and central heating life was challenging for people as well as for animals.
