The Singers bought in 1902 from the executors of the Rev Wolfe; in the deed of sale it is put thus: '...formerly described as a farm commonly called 'Hayne' otherwise 'Leighon' otherwise 'Lean' otherwise 'Leyne' and land know by the name of 'Greator' otherwise 'Grator' otherwise 'Gravetor'.
