Commemorative plaque to John Nosworthy

A commemorative plaque (in Ashburton?) to John Nosworthy who was born in Manaton 1612. A Dissenter, he was ejected from the living of Manaton in 1660 and later started a congregation at a meeting house in Ashburton.
