A postcard photograph of Southcott farmhouse. The farmhouse was built with granite blocks and had a thatched roof. The current farmhouse probably dates to the late 1600s or early 1700s. The farmhouse is a listed building of special architectural and historic interest. Southcott farm comprised about 79 acres of pasture and grazing rights on Hayne Down.
