RAF Harrowbeer

This is the motor transport yard. A line of sheds, each with 16 bays ran along each side. Here vehicles could be maintained, repaired and garaged. On the middle right of the picture the raised base of the motor transport office can just be seen and in the right foreground is the concrete bay of the petrol installation. Here vehicles could fill up from the 5000 gallon petrol tank. Photograph taken August 2001.
