RAF Harrowbeer

The building through the trees is the Picket Post (Building 301) situated at the entrance/exit to Domestic Site 11. The Picket Post was a small guardhouse and each resident airman had a spell on duty. The main function was to check personnel on and off the site, issue keys and provide site security.
