RAF Harrowbeer

This circular, brick built pillbox, with concrete roof, has four rifle slits and is on the south western edge of the technical site. It has good views over the whole airfield. A circular well in the middle of the lid (not visible - covered with earth) may have been an anti aircraft position. This structure clearly played an important role in the airfield defences.
