RAF Harrowbeer

This concrete anti-aircraft gun emplacement, used to defend the airfield against enemy aircraft, is built into the western arm of dispersal bay 116. The sawn off iron tube on which the gun would swivel is clearly visible in the centre of the top concrete circle. Photograph taken July 2001.
