RAF Harrowbeer

This section of the modern road to Pound, was built after the war along the eastern side of runway 17. The T junction in the middle distance is with the modern Yelverton to Crapstone road, itself built after the war along the northern side of runway 11/29. Runway 17 continued over the T junction ending just short of the eastern end of Roborough Rock. Photograph taken August 2001.
