RAF Harrowbeer

To mark the fortieth anniversary of the opening of the airfield, a granite memorial stone was unveiled on 15 August 1981 by the first Station Commander, Wing Commander Hon.E.F.Ward in memory of those who served at RAF Harrowbeer. Situated near the Leg O'Mutton public house. Photograph taken July 2001.
