RAF Harrowbeer

The indentation in the roadside earth bank, between the two trees in the middle of the picture, shows where the original entrance to the Station Sick Quarters, Ambulance Garage and Mortuary was sited. It has since been infilled and a new entrance has been made to the site, which is now the Yelverton Business Park. To the left of the entrance, where the modern industrial building can be seen, would be the Picket Post. Here personnel and visitors would be checked in and out of the site.
