Huntingdon mine with the upper wheelpit by the river Avon. This operated for 2 periods from 1800-1815 and 1862-1867. There were 7 air shafts and 2 wheelpits. It was originally known as Devon Wheal Vor mine that closed down in 1815 but reopened later as the Huntingdon Mine.
