Lustleigh Cricket Club

Cricket has always been a favourite sport for the people of Lustleigh. The team and game took pride of place in the first edition of the Parish Magazine, in August 1888. The Lustleigh Cricket Club as shown in this photograph, however, was only founded in 1938. The cricket grounds in the centre of this quaint English village causes it to remain a fond favourite.
