Lustleigh Railway Station
The arrival of the railway to Dartmoor changed life on the Moor dramatically. Coal, timber and fertilisers could be delivered more efficiently. The mail arrived promptly and local produce could reach a wider market. This made Lustleigh Railway Station one of the most important focal points of the community. Lustleigh Railway Station was also used in the 1930's version of "The Hound of the Baskervilles".
