Tavy Cleave

Tavy Cleave is an unusual feature on Dartmoor. It is a beautiful river valley where the River Tavy is enclosed in a steep gorge. The Rattlebrook joins the River Tavy at the head of Tavy Cleave. The Cleave is located within the Willsworthy firing range so can only be visited if the red flags are not flying.
