Watersmeet House

This photographs shows Watersmeet House, Postbridge, in August 1895. The house was formerly a public house called "The Good Intent". Closer inspection of the photograph reveals the arrival of the post for this Dartmoor family. It is suggested that the ruins of 'The Good Intent' stand in the grounds of the house now known as Smallwaters.
