Crapstone, Buckland Monachorum
A row of houses in Crapstone. These houses look as though they were built during the Victorian era. On the right a wooden gate is ajar. At the bottom of the road stands a delivery van. Due to its proximity to the WWII RAF airbase in Harrowbeer, crewmen were housed in Crapstone. It remained a defence site until the 1980s, until it was converted for residential use.
