View from Haldon Belvedere, Dunchideock

The Haldon Belvedere, or Lawrence Castle, was built in 1788 by Sir Robert Palk in memory of Major-General Stringer Lawrence. It is now a holiday apartment and wedding venue managed by the Devon Historic Buildings Trust. This view south-westwards has Dartmoor in the background.
