Royal Naval College, Dartmouth

Designed by Sir Aston Webb and built in 1905 the Britannia Royal Naval College stands on a hill above the town of Dartmouth in South Devon. The building replaced the wooden hulk of HMS Britannia which was moored in the River Dart and acted as a training school for naval recruits from the 1860s.
