Lydford carnival - celebrating the 1935 Silver jubilee

The 1935 Silver Jubilee of King George Vth was celebrated at the Lydford carnival with patriotic flags and images. The girl in the centre of this group outside the Nicholls hall is dressed up as Britannia.
