1WW DEVON RESERVES PARADE THROUGH EXETER
The occasion isn't known but it could have been a recruiting parade or the Devonshire Regiment exercising their Freedom of the City with drums beating and bayonets fixed. The Field Officer, probably a major, is out in front with a policeman. The band can be seen to the right of the tram and the troops are marching behind. A goodly crowd is assembled to cheer the soldiers on.
