The Ruse family and Mrs Horton on the steps of the "music room", Brimpts Farmhouse

This photograph was taken sometime between c.1900 and 1914 by Mr Horton, the farmer at Brimpts. It shows the Ruse family including Norman Ruse - an amateur photographer and at one time the Chief Sanitary Inspector for Plymouth. The photograph forms the second part of two pictures taken on the steps of the so-called "music room" at Brimpts Farmhouse (DA100235). The Ruse family took their summer holidays at Brimpts from 1902 to 1914.
